vibrating hair models

hello so I convert models form the game to sp for franklin. rn im using zmodeler3 to convert dreads for him. so i'll bind the bones then copy the weight however when im in game it will vibrate its very annoying and any one would know a solution please let me know.

@Twizzy3 It's vibrating because of the wind. You have to color the vertices in zmodeler3. Primary RGB should be orange, Secondary RGB should be black and Secondary Alpha should be black. Watch from the 2:00 mark
