No timecyclemods2

So I am working on this huge project. It makes the game a lot more clear and some more visual enhancments like changing the visualsettings.dat etc with REshade + ENB. Ive tried looking for timecyclemods2 but it doesnt seem to be in my GTA. I checked the vanilla files, mods folder, and verified game cache on steam. But still no timecyclemods 2. Im not asking for the file but I am asking where its location is because its not in the timecycle folder, thanks...
