Does anyone know all mods that has Redux?

@shocks2144 They are not exactly the same. The roads are darker & higher resolution, blood is changed...ect.ect.
Redux is a compilation of tweaked (some, not me, would say "enhanced") versions of the mods above.

@shocks2144 You mean mods stolen for redux. Reduce took mods like Raider's Violence overhaul and tweaked the blood splatter slightly and claimed it as his own. Basically the same for every other mod he stole

and what is used to display more frequent random events - more random ui police chases ETC

The last one you linked.... so If I change the setting in the .ini file they will trigger themselves 'without' having to press a hotkey? - like REDUX seemed to do?
