carcols.ymt environmental lighting

Hey guys,
I have a few mods that use carcols.ymt. Im really loving it but im trying to lower the amount of environmental lighting. Seems to be a little to much. Im seeing a LOT of light clipping.What line/lines in carcols.ymt control the amount of light that emits onto the environment?
I would be eternally grateful...

What is the purpose of the carcols.xml converter? Cant it just be opened in notepad & edited?

I'm not familiar with a converter per se. YMT files are by default in a binary format which cannot be edited. There's a reversed XML format carcols file available somewhere on gta5-mods.com which can be edited.
