Game crashes every time I exit R* editor, also unable to upload photos to SC

What Happened: Simply put, I wanted to take some pictures of my modded cars, so I put together some clips, took some pictures, and I back out of all the menus, hit "Exit to Story Mode", as one normally would, and after about 30 seconds of the loading screen, the game crashes. I tried disabling all my map mods, and nothing changed. I'm yet to try disabling all of my mods, so I'll be doing that after posting this. Now, as for being unable to upload photos, it just says "Unable to upload photo, The Rockstar Game Services are unavailable right now.", which is untrue, as I'm fully connected to the internet, and can access online after removing my mods, and I can access social club just fine. Yesterday, I tried an experiment; I removed all my mods, went into online, and tried to upload the photos while in online. Same error. So I recorded me driving, went back into R* Editor, and I was able to take the pictures, exit to story mode, and upload them, just fine. I'm yet to try uploading the pictures of the modded cars without mods, I'll be trying that after posting this. That's all I have to say, if this was confusing to read in any way, I apologise, I need to practice my english..
