PLEASE HELP

I've been trying to download mods for the entire day, and I created a new folder for GTA and all that. I put in the necessary files from Script Hook V, Script Hook V Dot Net, and Menyoo into the gta folder, and whenever i launch the game, i get a popup that says missing executable and then downloads GTA again. I've downloaded GTA 4 times now. Anyone know the solution? i just really want to play with mods

try using OpenIV to generate the mods folder for you
and try using the OpenIV ASI loader instead of the ScriptHookV one hope you figure it out!
