Menyoo Animation Speed assistance

I would appreciate if anyone could tell me how Menyoo animation setting works. I want to slow an animation's speed but I can't figure it out, I especially don't know what blend in speed and blend out speed does. Thanks

You can't with menyoo, blend in and out speeds change how fast the animation starts (if slow them it blends with previous animation including movement) or stops and blends to another
