Relationships.dat location

I'm attempting to install an enhanced gang relationships mod and can not find the relationships.dat file, can anyone point me in the right direction?

@JC314 It's in Common.rpf\data

@JC314 also, control +F3 lets you search fir any file. You can put into update.rpf-common-data if you want to keep your origional common.rpf as a backup.

But be warned. If a new update comes out its just another file that will need to be replaced.
