Blocky White/Black Online Weapon Models in Menu

I'm not sure why, but the GTA Online weapon models in the menu appear to be blocky and are either black or white. I have not added any new mods that may edit the weapon menu models. I encountered this after updating my GTA V game and any ASI files. Also, I made sure to validate the steam files and nothing changed. I removed the colorful HUD menu thinking that would help, but it did not. Does anyone have any advice?
