A mod I am willing to download has a suspicious file inside

Hi, so. I'm new here.
I saw that when I ran the latest version of the GTA V Chaos Mod on VirusTotal, one file caught my attention.
Its name was "Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen"
I can tell it is a malicious file. Heard people say it could've been a false flag, but still.
I got a pretty expensive PC. and I really do not want to risk stuff that I spent years trying to get.
Can anyone help me out here?
Nobody has reported any problems related to their pc, soooo..
