How to add new cloths in ytd file to add textures without replacing?

I downloaded a addonped peds
"Sims4 custom ped"

This package has two peds

1. Lana
2. Sam

Now I saw on Internet that for lana and sam there has a lot of cloths to add. I downloaded all files and In each rar there is 4 files ytd, yft etc. I wanna add these cloths without replacing the previous one.
