Hello !! the textures went crazy

I installed this mode for realistic brake://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/realistic-brake-rotor-gold-use-with-real-brand-rims-pack-2-0 after I installed it, the textures of the cars went crazy plz help i try to delete textures of the mod is same think .... i want to post a picture but he give a error

Do you have Real Brand Rims Pack 2.0 installed yeah?
If so, the mod author probably forgot to tell you that all of the 'vehshare.ytd's in your 'mods' folder need to be identical. If you mod one, you need to take it & use it to overwrite all the others as well.You can find them all by using 'Ctrl+F3' in OpenIV to open the search box, select 'Search in "mods" folder only' in the 'Search area:' dropdown, 'Files & Folders' in the 'Search for:' dropdown & then use the search bar at the top to search for 'vehshare.ytd'
Right-click on the search results one by one & select 'Go to file' & overwrite each of them with the 'vehshare.ytd' that contains all of the modded vehshare textures your game needs.
Note:
If you have various 'vehshare.ytd''s with different textures for different mods in them, you want to combine all the textures into one 'vehshare.ytd' first, before you overwrite all the others.
If there are any 'vehshare.ytd' textures with the same name in different 'vehshare.ytd''s you will need to choose between them.
