SHAKY FEET issue

Hi all,
I modeled my own pair of shoe and installed it on Franklin.
The model looks good but the feet keep shaking like there would be a problem with the rig.
I checked several times and everything looks okay: model, weight paint etc...

Does anybody ever had the same issue??
