Help game crashes after I install the trainer

For some reason before i uninstalled the trainer in order to play mp it worked fine
now it just crashes for no reason
Funniest thing is that theres no fixes anywhere abt this, only for car mods and etc.

Scripthook V is currently outdated. you have to downgrade your game to the previous version look on youtube for a tutorial.
