What's wrong with this article because I can't upload it to upload a picture?

Sounds like the username/password for the Amazon S3 server are missing, so uploads will not work. The devs will need to fix this (or remove the plugin entirely). As a workaround, upload the picture to imgur.com or similar then link to it like this:
