Crashes on loading screen after installing .asi files !

After many attempts, I found that the game crashes every time I install an .asi file. I tried to run the game only with the asi manager files and the game opened normally.
I tried to run the game only with one trainer (simple trainer, specifically) and the game started normally. But when I tried to have both the asi manager and the trainers in, the game crashed on loading screen ..... Btw, the mods folder is empty because I reinstalled the game a day before . Also, last week, everything was working fine .....Pls help!
