[ERR_ANI_POOL_2] help?

Hello all
I am using quite afew mods for gta now, i have the memory heap 650gb mod, config v21.0, PackfileLimitAdjuster. I also have about 40 peds, not really many weapons, and 7 car reskin mods along with mayhem mod and open all interiors.
I have 16GB ram and a gtx 1050TI with a ryzen 3 2200g.
When i check error logs for gta the error i have gotten after crashing in notepad is [ERR_ANI_POOL_2] Game memory error. Please reboot and restart the game.Anyone know how to fix this?
