US Fleet navy does not launch on FiveM

I downloaded the US Fleet Navy pack from Skyline for a server on FiveM, I did the necessary manipulations to get them on FiveM but it doesn't work.
I only get an error message:

I looked at the comments, the "weapons" in the vehicles need to be disabled, but I don't know where to go.
Do you have solutions to propose me?
