Deadline Light Trail For Shotaro In (SP) Freeplay?

Hey, I recently got involved in the modding community and just want to make sure the mod creators know how much we appreciate their hard work and contribution to the longevity and enjoyment in GTA V.
Secondly, I searched for the following mod and couldn't find anything. The idea seems simple enough, but I am not educated to determine the difficulty.
I'm specifically looking for a simple (SP) mod that would add a non-destructive light trail or possibly optional Deadline mode destructive light trail for the Shotaro bike in freeplay.
Obviously it may end up working with other bikes, but that's your call. Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for any help finding an existing mod for me to use or developing this idea or something similar.
