How to convert GTA 4 ped models to GTA 5 ped models?

I have been searching for months on this subject. I have only found ways to convert car models. While there are barely a few GTA 4 converted ped models in this site (only 2 or 3), I have been thinking of converting a few that I want. If anyone can help me please reply.
