Unable to spend money while using a custom ped

So i have installed a few mods lately that require spending money like [ASI] AITG - Dealing Drugs , Drug Missions & Permanent Cars v1.4 and JobsV 0.1.4 but everytime when i try to spend money it says i dont have funds i tried Character Swap which sets the hash of the custom ped im using to one of the main characters but still didnt work. Can i have your suggestions please? and thanks.

@mirai310 character swap wouls be the only option if you ask me..

@ShadoFax as i said the character swap mod didnt work what i did was change the model while playing as micheal then switched the hash to micheal's but still didnt work (check the screenshots i added).

I need this as well very much
and I can't really understand why it's not using money either 
I wonder can someone make a script that creates a virtual wallet maybe that addon peds can use

@ShadoFax Yes when i play with the main characters the mods work fine.
