Terrain lod/parralax bubble radius

Anyone know of a mod or figured out what lod settings to increase to specifically increase the size of the parallax/terrain detail bubble around the player or player’s vehicle? There is a sharp circular boundary between the lod and detailed/parallaxed terrain that I would like to get rid of. Especially noticeable anywhere off road or in country where terrain and vegetation visibly morphs from lod to detailed and parallaxed along a sharp boundary around 5m around the player or player’s vehicle. I don’t care about increasing car or ped lod distance. Just care about the terrain and maybe vegetation. Gta settings maxed save for extended lod which doesn’t appear to affect terrain lod. Already increased shadow lod distance via timecycles for every weather.
