Badges Skins don't show up

Hello i've been modding franklin character quite much and added the necklace chain mod that replace the badges default skin..
Now i can't seem to show any badges skin on my gta v.
can anyone help me ??
i really like those chain

PS: i've tried to replace the default badges file and it still didnt show any badges in game
