help game crahes very often

So I have got this problem for awhile. I have modified some data in mods folder but it seems there is an error. not sure what it means or where can I find it. It says pattern failed.
B8 FF 01 00 00 4C 89 6D E7 66 23 C8 B8 FF 00 00 00
Thats the name of that pattern but I dont know whtere can I find a file where it is

So I fixed the problem but game still crashes 2 seconds after clicking on story mode. Ihave latest gameconfig, scripthook, scrithook v dot net v 3.0.4, basicallyeverthing soit shouldnt do it.
