I’m brand new to this pc version of gta 5 what do I start with downloading the scripthook

Open the ZIP file, open the bin folder within it, then extract all of those files into your GTA V directory.

@skunkboysixx Then you gonna need OpenIV to be able to install real mods. Like vehicle, ped etc (everything except .asi mods). https://openiv.com/

You also might wanna install this as well if you are going to use any script mods. (They are made from .dll files and goes inside the scripts folder in main gta directory).
