Simple zombies not working

I've just downloaded simple zombies mod but it isn't working. I followed along with a video and everything seemed to be fine, no irregularities in any files. When I start up the game and press f4 the native trainer does work. But when I want to press f10 for the simple zombie menu, nothing shows up.

I got it fixed by starting as administrator. The thing was that regular users were persmission denied, so the mods couldn't make changes in the system. As an administrator it worked
