Vehicle Chassis Collisions

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why my chassis collisions aren't working in game. I currently have the hierarchy set up correctly but I don't know quite which flags/IDs you need for them to work in game. Currently the vehicles collisions work with entities like fences and other vehicles but not with buildings I basically go right through them. I haven't really done anything with the meta files yet if that effects anything. but any help would be great. Thank you.
