Cant Enter/Exit Right Hand Steering vehicles...

Hi Guys,
Need some support and suggestions as I have some addon vehicles with right hand steering. I couldnt enter any of them.
If I spawned sitting in then I couldnt exit.
Need your support and suggestions!!
