Rage Hook Plugin keeps crashing (not sure if its the mods or not)

Hey i need help, my game keeps crashing and i tried everything to fix it, deleting mods, removing them, reinstalling and replacing, nothing, mind if i could get some help? It keeps crashing on 'initialization' (and idk what to post for help, like idk where and what to show you)
