[HELP] Error (Cant launch game if I add more than one addon car)

I just installed a mod from Imtaj which was the Ktm Rc 390 and I tried installing Ninja ZX-10R from Imtaj . I tried everything even from replacing my gameconfig but nothing works as of now! My game version is 1.0.791.2 ! Please help , Cheers!

@defaultdesigns Wow, I didn't know steam updates could be avoided. After googling it, this came up.
"If you are having issues with a specific game make sure you "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" which can be found when you right click on a game->Properties->Local Files."
