GTA5.exe crashing on loading screen constantly

I've been trying to play the game for months now, like its probably been 9 months since I was able to successfully play the game and I've tried to contact Rockstar support but they weren't able to help. what happens is, i launch the game and before the game finishes loading it crashes... I was able to successfully play the game before this situation happened. I no longer have any mods as i deleted all of them to make sure that wasn't the problem. my game has the latest version as well. I can post any other files upon request as im not sure what's useful or not. event viewer:
