Mod Approval confusion

Hey,
i'm new to this site and i'm not sure if its normal for approval to take this long but i'm a little confused because 49 hours ago I uploaded a mod that hasn't yet been approved, I also uploaded a mod 14 hours ago that was approved in under an hour, I'm not sure if my other mod was forgotten about or missed but please can someone help me out with this.

@Fly-High do you have a link for the upload? Sometimes during uploading an archive to the upload page something goes wrong and as a result there's no file attached, when that happens the upload does not show up in the queue for us to review
