Gta cars crash mod

I downloaded the crash mod but I didn't like it, I removed it in the openiv application but this mod is still in the game how to remove it without uninstalling gta?

I installed it like this: I opened OpenIV 2.6, select update.rpf> common> data, enter Edit Mode, drag and drop the included handling.meta file, and close. I deleted it in the same way, but as I wrote above, it is still in the game, although it is not in these files.

right now do you have a handling.meta file in update.rpf> common> data?
