FileRegister = RegisterFile no access

Hello Communtiy,
I make my own trainer for the SinglePlayer and wanted to add a custom header because Scriptthook gives this function under "FileRegister". But the program tells me all the time that it cannot access RegisterFile which it is about. How can I address the sig from Scripthook?
