Nothing in my scripts folder works.

Hello
I am having some trouble with the scripts folder withing my GTAV directory. Nothing works when I put mods in there, even though the instructions have told me to put them there. I did not have a scripts folder before so I created a new folder called Scripts, then when it didn't work the first time I thought maybe it was to do with the capitalised S in the folder name, so I changed it to scripts but still nothing. I have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet in my GTAV directory, I also have Visual studio C++ 2013, and Visual Studio Community installed on my computer but I cannot get anything to work in the scripts folder.
Is there another location where there would be a scripts folder that I need to use OpenIV to get to? Maybe i'm missing something else important needed for it to work.
If you have any ideas on how to fix this please let me know, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading.
Here are some screenshots that might help diagnose any issues:

Update you Scripthook and ScripthookVDotNet
It might be ScriptHookVDotNet because earlier I googled "ScriptHookV latest version" and "NativeUI latest version" and I downloaded and installed the latest versions of them. I don't know if what I downloaded was the latest versions and don't realy know where to look for them. I have tried searching this site for them but couldn't find them. I didn't do anything with ScriptHookVDotNet though so maybe I just need to update that.

UPDATE:
I have found this, I know that the dll and the asi files go into the main directory but I have no idea what to do with the rest of them. The readme is not helpful at all. Anyone know?

@Trevor_Phillips
Put all the 'ScriptHookVDotNet#.asi/.ini/.xml' etc named files in your pic into the main GTA 5 root folder.
