Hey there
You just download them from this site and follow the installation instructions.
You will need:
ScriptHookV - Put in your main GTAV Directory
ScriptHookVDotNet - Put in your main GTAV directory
NativeUI - Put in the scripts folder in your GTAV directory (if you don't have a scripts folder, make one)
OpenIV - You need this to access some filesFurther instructions for OpenIv:
Make sure that you put in the right path for your GTAV folder the first time you run OpenIV otherwise it will not work.
If you have the steam version of the game them your path should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto VWhen you have the correct path and OpenIV is ready to go (you should see all of your GTAV files if it's ready) you need to click tools at the top of the page, then ASI Manager and install ASI Loader and OpenIV.asi
1 last thing about OpenIV, when you open it you need to press F6 to go into edit mode, click yes when the box comes up.And I think then you're pretty much ready to start modding. If you have any other questions feel free to quote me.
