Siren Limit Adjuster

Can anyone help me? When I go to carcols to put the sirens of police cars it did not have any sirens and lights and according to Siren Limit Adjuster
Vehicle e63unmark: 363 NOT FOUND -> 0
Vehicle jtdbmwm5: 10653 NOT FOUND -> 0
Vehicle trhawkumk: 258 NOT FOUND -> 0
What does this mean?

I am having the same issue. The sirensettings for three of the vehicles in the pack that I just installed do not work. I tried changing them to different numbers, but that didn't work, so I tried changing them back to the originals, with no luck. I'm not really sure where to go either.
