Biker update Add-on car mod crashing

Ever since I got the biker update my gta5 has been crashing randomly if I even have 1 add-on car mod. I have tried all the gameconfigs I could find and this one (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-fix-for-bikers-update) is the best so far because I can acc load use the add-on cars. However my game still crashes within 5 minutes of using it and I am really frustrated. I don't have graphics mods (as far as I know) and I really don't know what else I can do. If any one has any ideas or could help me I would REALLY appreciate it. Btw I have the normal pc retail version (not steam).
