Vehicle spawning with specific tuningparts

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to make a car always spawn with specific tuning parts.
For example, I was asking this in order to make the Daewoo Lanos 5d from darenwoo always spawn with the US-specs fake parts. I would like to know if it's also possible to make tuning parts spawn sometimes but not always with car.

I know that for example in the vanilia Panto sometimes appear custom parts in traffic.
The file "vehiclemodelsets.meta" is responsible for this, but it always crash game when I tried to edit.
The best should be mod script with editable values in Notepad... Maybe someone made such script? Idk.
You can use my mods from Menyoo, of course, but only you can drive, no in traffic...

Unfortunately not, extras = \ = custom parts.
As I said, the best way should be mod script - maybe someone can do?
I would like to have custom parts (so even different bodies, from Polonez for example) in traffic too.

Yeah, sounds easy, I tested it but never worked.
Moreover, even if it worked, it still spawns most of normal cars, just some are custom and only in specific area (parking LS Customs for example).
Finding a solution for most of car mods still doesn't make sense because they only have the basics parts like a custom spoilers, bumpers or skirts. However in very extensive mods, like my Lanos and Polonez it makes sense, because they use custom parts also for different bodies, so it should be option to set a lot of customs. For example for 3-4 versions of Polonez Atu (sedan), 3-4 of Kombi, 3-4 of Caro (hatch), 3-4 of Van, cabrio, coupe etc.
The same for Lanos.
For this moment can spawn ready combinations version/body only via Menyoo.
Thats why I told that mod-script for traffic with ini/xml file for configuration would be sweet...
