Where to find the xml file for walking animationa

Hello so I am trying to fine the .xml file that contains the walking animation code for all characters like main characters, MP, and NPC'S. Fo instances I'd like to be able to change the walking style of either the Swat team NPC or the walking style of my MP. I know there is native trainer or simple trainer which helps with that, but I wont something that I can set permanently. With simple trainer for example I set the walking style I won't but I have to set the walking style every time I play and it is annoying. Thanks!
