Game crashing in story mode loading screen (Ver 1.0.2060.1)
-
Hey guys,
I didn't play GTA for a little bit of time, and I came back after the September update. When I try to launch the game, it loads for a bit of time and then crashes without any error messages.
I tried to update my update.rpf file like Open IV asked, I tried to play with all mods disabled, but it is still crashing. It only works when I delete Asi Loader.
From this point I don't really know what to do to get the game working again.
Here are some files you might need:- Asi Loader : https://pastebin.com/XX1zuSzy
- ScriptHook V : https://pastebin.com/qehVcPaf
- ScritptHookVDotNet : https://pastebin.com/d9DcXU5m
(I'm using pastebin for the first time so if something is wrong, tell me)
If you need more informations in order to help me, I will be glad to give them.
Thanks.

most common issues: gameconfig.xml and/or no longer supported scripts
have you tried launching with only mods folder but no scripts/asi's?//edit
I also see 'Unable to resolve API version 2.9.2.' in your logs
meaning you have not yet updated to the lastest versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet (SHVDN)

Hey,
Thank you for the answer.I'm new to modding so I did my best to follow your advices.
-
I tried to delete all asi's files and launch the game (which didn't work)
-
replace my ScripthookV files with the newest ones (which didn't work)
-
delete my batmobile mod (because I saw in one of my files that there was an error with it, but the game keeps crashing).
If you guys have any more advices, I'd be happy to try them out
Again if I did something wrong, please tell me.
Thanks.

@jogbot500 Where did you find the file? I searched my whole GTA V folder with Windows Explorer and Open IV and I still couldn't find it.
Thank you for your help guys, it means a lot to me.

@Khalilskrr It's a mod file, not from original game. So if it's not in your game directory, means you didn't downloaded/installed it :3
Try this mod and make sure you read it's descriptions and download 2 other mod mentioned in description https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/infinite-gameconfig

Hey guys,
I finally managed to get the game working.
The issue was actually just some files that needed updating. I just had to update my gameconfig.xml file, reinstall my heap adjuster and pack limit adjuster files and the game worked just fine.
For those who have the same game crashing problem, here are the files I downloaded to fix it:- Gameconfig.xml: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
- Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster
- Package Limit File Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
Thank you to every people who helped me. I don't know how to say it but it really means a lot to me
