Need more regular garages

I dont know why theres almost no simple big garages here!? I just want a luxurious looking garage/warehouse where i can have my cars. Kind of styled like Manny Khoshbins garage

gta already has few garages simular to the garage your referring. you can get in the garage whit this mod:
