What would be the easiest way to repaint the shocks on the Sandking? Also, is there a way to replace the shocks on the Sandking with the shocks off of the monster truck?

I guess, yeah, via Zmodeler. If you have experience, you will be able to do it easily.
Also I've seen some customized cars, which require Menyoo to work. Install it and try. I don't know how to create them.
