WinRAR Diagnostic message after downloading certain mods. Help?

Occasionally I will get this message after downloading mods,
"Cannot open 7zxa.dll
The system cannot find the file specified"I'm new to downloading mods so I'm not sure if it's the mods or WinRAR that's the issue,
if anyone can help fix this problem I'd greatly appreciate it, ty

@ReNNie It's not letting me link it. One is a Nismo 370z mod by SaleeN and another is a Infiniti G35 by Wanted188
