How do I "combine DLC Packs" ?

I have a lot of addon cars downloaded, and they each have their own folder in /dlcpacks. my game has been crashing on startup and I'm sure its this reason, since I've heard its a common issue. I'm new to modding so I haven't learned how to this yet. I assume you just put all the .ytd and .ytf files in a single folder's /vehicles.rpf. for tuning parts, I'd put the example_mods.rpf in the "vehiclemods" folder. correct me if wrong. also I have no idea where to put the handling files, I assume they would just continue to overwrite each other if I put them in the same folder.

@death7991 i have that downloaded, still not working. idk what's going on anymore, i just figured it would help if i could put more cars in one dlcpack folder properly but idk how to do that
