Changing 3rd person wheel turn animation with 1st person anim

The wheel turning animation is different at 1st and 3rd person. I was mostly playing at 1st person view so it was ok for me but after I saw the Manual Transmission mod's custom first person camera, I truly liked it. However when I activate it, the wheel turning animation changing to 3rd person animation. Is it possible to change this through game files? Like copying the 1st person one and renaming it to 3rd person animation?

Guess I also need to know how to open ycd files too
If anyone have unlocked version of veh@low@front_ds@base.ycd , I would be very appreciated if you could send it to me so I can take a look at it's inside. It's most probably the animation file I want is inside that file.
