GTA5 speed world record with a car?

I tweaked an adder so that it should reach 750kmh, but the game limited it at 540 kmh (see video). Is it possible to reach higher speed in GTA5 with cars?
P.S. If you ask where I have this speed map from, I made one by myself. You find it here. But wait till the newest 1.2 is approved. I made the Top Speed line a lot longer in the 1.2. version.

What's your speed record with cars?

@Marcel2015 even with the fastest aircraft cant go past 530 ish km\h speed. It is hard coded i think.

@Frazzlee Ah, that's sad.
So my speed line Map is way too long for 540 kmh. It would be awesome to tweak dragcars which are faster. Even to break the sound barrier would be possibly a mod then.

if we could get source code for RAGE we could do so muchWhy not just load GTA through RAGE Plugin Hook then? It removes the velocity limit during its loading process.
