[MISC] Calm Ocean?

I've been looking for this since the game came out on PC. Does anyone know how to mess with the weather.xml to get the ocean to be calm? Like, I'd like to see zero waves and being able to drive a boat without constantly being slowed down due to water drag cause of the huge waves. I can't find anything like this at all. Unless I just haven't matched the exact wording to find it. I've tried going into the weather.xml to mess with it, but it didn't do anything. I have no idea how, otherwise I would. Thanks in advance.

yes there is, its called: Weather extrasunny no big wave when you turn your weather to Extra Sunny mode you will get calm waves, means no big wave, i couldn't find here on this site so i uploaded at sendspce https://www.sendspace.com/file/e95w4f
With openIV go into common / data / levels / GTA5
save the original file and replace weather.xml and rebuild
