popcycle.dat and "Weekend" configuration

Hello all, I'm new here and can't find a good way to search the forums, so I apologize if this is a duplicate.

The header of popcycle.dat has the following comment:

// For each schedule (Northwood, North Holland etc) we have a set of numbers that controls the ped densities.
// There is a set of values for each time of the day in 2 hour increments (midnight, 2am, 4 am etc)
// There are 2 sets of values: Weekday & Weekend.

However, each schedule only has 12 rows, meaning there's only one day's worth of configuration for each region, not two.

Is this comment accurate? It seems GTA4's popcycle.dat does have double the number of rows per area, but it's not clear to me if the comment is outdated, or the addition of extra rows to each schedule would actually affect the "weekend" configuration for each region.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I believe the comment is outdated, I've done a lot of work with the popcycles and as yet have not found any reference to weekend traffic beyond that single comment.

Damn, would have been cool to have different kinds of nightlife traffic for different touristy or leisure neighborhoods for the weekends. Thanks!
