Made mod in Blender, exported and then imported into 3DS Max, need help

There's no perfect file to use to seamlessly export one project from blender and then import into 3DS Max and an exporter for Blender still doesn't exist. when I imported my (very important, very groundbreaking) mod into 3DS max so i could finally export it for the game, it came in fine but the armature seems to be totally disconnected from the object/mesh/whatever—
. What do i do???
That armature is also the same as the stock one below, head_005_r, if it matters.
